Answer In general, when parcels are shipped out via US Mail to international destinations, they can take longer than normal for any of a number of reasons, such as:

1. Delay in customs in clearing package.

2. Delays in local postal systems in final delivery of your package.

3. Inclement weather somewhere in the middle of the chain.

4. Delays caused by attempts at local postal authorities to take payment of customs duties/taxes/fees via the recipient.

Each country has different laws and procedures, and certain countries may be faster than others. Please be patient. You may always contact us if you have any trouble or questions in this regard.

In general, for Worldmail parcels, it may take as long as 6 to 8 weeks for final delivery (this is rare, but it happens), particularly to countries very far away from the US (such as New Zealand, Australia, and others), and also countries in the Arab World (Middle East), Far East, South & Southeast Asia and Africa.
