Return Policy: The following section outlines our return policy. At IslamicBookstore.com, customer service is a top priority and we strive to make sure that our store policies are fair to all parties involved. If the situation mandates it, we reserve the right to amend the following policies on a case by case basis. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions about this policy, or have any other inquiries about our store.

As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that in the event of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. If an item needs to be returned, please package it properly, and ship back to us. If the return is a result of our error, we will arrange for payment for all postage expenses that we approve. Please ship back to us via USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground only. (International customers must approve with our staff before sending us back anything).

All items carry a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it, within 5 days of receipt, for a full refund of product purchase price.
