If items are media (books, CDs) you may hip back via:

USPS Media Mail

(US customers)

All non-media items may only be returned via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Select, UPS, FedEx, or other such courier.

Important note: we will only refund return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
