Solution We usually dispatch all online orders we receivee within 12-48 hours of our receipt of your paid order. Depending on the shipping method you chose, it will take a certain number of days from them. (For example, 3-5 day delivery means 3 to 5 business days after we dispatch your order. Most orders ship from our central warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. East coast paid orders generally take 2-3 business days via UPS Ground. West coast orders take no less than 5 business days by UPS Ground. For very economical shipping taking 5-15 days, choose USPS Media Mail Bookrate for extremely low prices. East coast destinations generally take 5 days, and farther destinations (such as west coast, or southwest US), take around 15 days.

Orders near us (via UPS Ground) e.g. to Maryland, New York, Virginia, etc. can take 2 days, and then the farther out you are (e.g. California, Wyoming, Colorado, etc.), it would take 4-5 days. You can check UPS.com for more information.
